Lazy Scorsese is a rock band from Minneapolis that combines elements of psychedelia, funk, pop, & folk to create lush soundscapes centered around themes of love, interconnectedness,  seeking truth, counter-culture,
& the daily musings seen from the vantage point of Lazy Scorsese

The band was a finalist for the StarTribune's Best New Bands in 2017, City Pages 10 bands Poised to Pop, and won City Pages Best Band Name

Their debut EP, Grigio, released 10.21.16 and the band has since performed with national acts The Lemon Twigs, Sunflower Bean, Sports Team, The Donkeys, & Kyle Craft.  The band played the 2018 Basilica Block Party featuring bands like Cake & BORNS. The band since released two albums before taking a 2 year pandemic induced hiatus. The band is active again with a new album coming Spring of 2025!
